As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and licensed clinical professional counselor, I use a biopsychosocial approach to providing services that meet patients’ comprehensive needs. I consider the work that I do with patients as teamwork. Developing a supportive relationship and collaborating with patients is of utmost importance to me. I value direct communication and provide clear information with various treatment options and counseling. Although medication is often useful in managing symptoms, I also help patients make other positive changes in their lives that can improve their wellbeing. For patients working toward making changes in their substance use, I offer medication options along with harm reduction counseling.

To determine if I am in network with your plan, it is recommended that you call the phone number for mental health/behavioral health customer service on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits and obtain a quote directly.
All appointments are held as virtual telehealth visits.
*Please note that I am in network only with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/EPO/Blue Choice, and cannot accept Medicaid or Medicare. However, you may also be able to use your out of network benefits and may be reimbursed by your insurance carrier for a portion of the fees.
